فستیوال تاتر ایرانی- کلن یک بار دیگربیست و نهمین دور خود را در شهر کلن آلمان به مدت سه روز از هشتم تا دهم دسامبر(۱۸ تا ۲۱ آذر) به نمایش می‌گذارد. جشنواره‌ای که با همه فراز و فرودها همچنان سر پا مانده و و پایگاه خود را برای علاقمندان به تئاتر در خارج از ایران حفظ کرده است.
